When the driver of the vehicle presses the SOS button, wTrack will immediately send an SMS message and make a phone call to the person whom you preset in the system. In case it fails to contact the first priority person, it will then send SMS message + make phone call to the next priority person; and then to the 3rd/ 4th/ 5th/ 6th priority person - until one of them receives the phone call. When a phone call is received, one can immediately start the monitoring or conversation function, so as to know more precisely what happened in the car.
Bi-Direction Phone Conversation Function
You can make phone calls to wTrack on the vehicle from a remote place for bi-direction phone conversation with the driver. When there is an incoming call, there will be a voice prompt. At this time, the driver can press the "Pick-Up/ Hang-Up" button to start the conversation. wTrack can also dial out to the 2 preset phone numbers for two-way phone conversation
